There is a city with a thousand problems, a woman in a coma and many other strange things t. But paradoxically, that grimace on her face is not pain.

There is today's Karachi, a very modern and ancient megalopolis at the same time, from which junipers come bursts of words that are printed on the walls, on the back of the rickshaw, on the t-shirts of its inhabitants and in popular songs.
And then there is Ayesha, a young woman in constant conflict with her world. Their bloody and angry confrontation opens the way to the meticulous exploration of the city and recomposes the serious and ironic portrait of a Pakistani girl of today.
